Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Then place garlic in roasting pan and place the chicken over it. After this top it with other ingredients and season it with salt and pepper. Now place in preheated oven.
Roast the chicken till golden brown but turn it occasionally. Take chicken out when the broth has almost evaporated. Serve chicken and garlic with lemon wedges.
